Management responsibilities held by FULLfocusTM principals and staff include - At Sun Microsystems: microprocessor development and production; product, test and software engineering for Server products; and technology development in the Chief Technology office. At Mentor Graphics: design and process automation software development and implementation. At NASA Johnson Space Center: development and testing of the International Space Station Thermal Control System; the Extra Vehicular Activity (EVA) Manned-Maneuvering Unit (used today for space walks by astronauts); and the Laser Docking Sensor for docking Space Shuttles to the International Space Station; and more. At 3COM: development of numerous high performance network controllers. At PMC-Sierra: development of a very large 160 Gbps Internet switch. At Chips & Technologies: supervision of a large multi-company project that resulted in the world's first single-chip Ethernet Controller. The principals are co-holders of 6 patents in the areas of semiconductor design and computer networking. And the Founder and President founded and managed a successful electronic systems company, ESAT, Inc.

In addition, the principals collectively have over 24 years experience with, and on, Community Boards in a broad range of capacities.
