  • Homeowners update their personal (contact info, visitors lists, automobile info, etc.) data directly to the database. You are automatially notified that an update has been made and the homeowner is automatically sent an email verifying the update.
  • Homeowner requests go directly into the database, open a Web Request Log, and flag you the request has arrived. All property and requester information is automatically included. You just click a button to take the requested action and/or send a communication.
  • Edit any pages by typing directly into the FULLfocus utility just as you want it to appear on the web page - no HTML required!
  • Setting facility reservations in the Management Tools automatically posts that reservation to the website Community Calendar. BUT, you have the option to inhibit the reservation from being posted by just clicking a checkbox.
  • Activity information and status is automatically posted to the website for access by the relevant homeowner. Board Members have access to site-wide activity status. BUT, you have the option to inhibit any activity record from being posted by just clicking a checkbox. You get maximum convenience but maintain total control!
